Tell us what’s coming down
No price at the end — a demolition number moves on access, what is inside the walls and how the debris leaves, and nobody can price that from a form. What this does is put the right details in front of the crew so the callback is useful instead of twenty questions.

Common Questions
Before you call
The questions that come up on almost every job. If yours is not here, Ally can answer it, or the line is answered around the clock.
How much does demolition cost in Tampa?
There is no flat rate, and any contractor who gives one over the phone is guessing. The number comes from the size and construction of the structure, how easily a machine can reach it, whether asbestos or lead has to be dealt with first, what utilities need disconnecting, and how much material has to be hauled away. Allied quotes after the site has been assessed rather than before. Photographs of the structure and of how a machine would reach it speed that up considerably — call (813) 957-2150 or send them through the site.
Is ALLIED Wrecking insured?
Yes. Allied carries a blanket liability policy covering its demolition work, and a certificate can be provided to a property owner, general contractor or permitting authority on request. Ask for it before work starts — on any demolition job, not just this one.
How quickly can someone come out and look at the property?
It depends on where the property is and what is already scheduled that week, so no promise is made before the job is understood. The 24-hour line is (813) 957-2150 and it is answered outside office hours, which matters for fire, storm and flood damage where a structure may be unsafe and cannot wait. For anything non-urgent the office line is (941) 722-8000, Monday to Friday.
What areas does ALLIED Wrecking serve?
Tampa Bay and the counties around it — Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Manatee and Sarasota. That covers Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Clearwater, Largo, Pinellas Park, Plant City, Land O' Lakes, Zephyrhills, Town 'N' Country, Bradenton and Sarasota, along with the smaller communities between them. Allied is based at 650 Cleveland St in Clearwater. If an address is near the edge of that area it is worth calling — the answer depends on the job as much as the distance.
Do you handle asbestos and lead?
Yes, through ALLIED Wrecking Industrial Services, the sister company that carries out the abatement, with ALLIED Wrecking Environmental handling inspection and sampling. Because they are the same organisation, the survey, the abatement and the demolition are sequenced together rather than left to the property owner to coordinate between separate contractors. On buildings put up before the 1980s this comes up often enough to plan for.
What happens to the debris after demolition?
Allied loads, hauls and disposes of it as part of the job — the site is left cleared rather than flattened and abandoned. Concrete, metal and clean fill are separated for recycling where the job allows it, which reduces what goes to landfill and often reduces disposal cost at the same time.
Who owns ALLIED Wrecking?
ALLIED Wrecking, LLC was founded in 2017 by W.J. Kilroy and is based in Tampa, Florida. It was named Service of the Year in 2018 and 2019, and holds a 4.9 rating across 390+ Google reviews.
